Play Pretend 03:03
Play Pretend Reading by the light from your cigarette glow Captured a bee in a jar to die slow Let's go for a walk to buy smoke in a box Maybe we'll have to talk maybe not Wasn't that your way to tell me your secret desires Is it wrong for you to choose or have someone choose for you Let's talk about war let's talk about making decisions It's getting dark now and I cannot walk or even stand though I still can talk It really amazes me how we continue Let's say we stay the night And we can play pretend Fall out of sight Now is the time when I realize there's nothing to stay for Now we can quest as we travel for what we believe in Just one light guides us takes us away That's where we'll go and that's where we'll stay It's just your opinion when you say it's over

Suction Cup 03:23
Suction Cup Clinging with some vague tenacity I ain't seen such big bogosity How I know I'm gonna slip away Tumbling falling from this windowpane Suction cup help me to adhere Suction cup cautiously I peer From this local philodendron And I'm much too near the top to feel secure Climbing on the dewy rubber tree Can't conceive of such bogosity Yes I'm feeling rather hungry now Gotta catch a firefly and how Suction cup help me to adhere Suction cup cautiously I peer From this local philodendron And I'm much too near the top to feel secure Creeping in the total darkness man For to find a willing one night stand Then retire to the water Making fifty sons and fifty daughters baby Suction cup help me to adhere Suction cup cautiously I peer From this local philodendron And I'm much too near the top to feel secure

My girl wants to know why we don't talk anymore I say what's the point when you know just what I'm gonna say I didn't know she had this psychic ability to read my mind Does she do this to you or is it just me Cause she already knows It's like she knows just what I'm thinking She takes the words right out of my head She already knows She already knows I think it's safe to say surprises are out of the question You take the fun from everything I could never get you guessing It's like I got my very own modern day personal Nostradamus I never get the chance to tell her just how I feel about us Cause she already knows It's like she knows just what I'm thinking She takes the words right out of my head She already knows She already knows Cause she already knows It's like she knows just what I'm thinking She takes the words right out of my head She already knows She already knows

Please Stop 02:47
Someone get me off of this ride It's been going on for a crazy long long time There's no signs of slowing down And I'm trying hard to get my feet back on the ground But it's not easy when you got me spinning around And I can't think straight anymore So take my advice now and use the door And take your problems with you Don't come to me Please stop, please stop and go away And never come back Don't ever want to see you again Please stop, please stop and go away Don't ever come back Don't ever want to see you again The sound of your voice slices through my brain My poor medulla oblongata will never be the same I can't imagine what would happen if I saw you again It would probably burn my eyes! Please stop, please stop and go away And never come back Don't ever want to see you again Please stop, please stop and go away Don't ever come back Don't ever want to see you again Solo Please stop, please stop and go away And never come back Don't ever want to see you again Please stop, please stop and go away Don't ever come back Don't ever want to see you again (2x)

The Prisoner’s Dilemma Sitting in a room with my head held in my hands Wondering what you’re doing tonight I think about you all the time, Do you think about me too? I got a pretty good feeling that you do The good times we had have all turned to bad Now the dance is over Our luck ran out, no thanks to you This wasn’t part of our master plan And now we have to play the game You should just be a good sport And take all the blame I’m sitting by myself in a world of misery My minds made up you’re gonna stay here Instead of me And I hope you still love me enough To set me free Don’t get me wrong, I still like you But I’ll like you more when I’m out there I could do all the things we planned Go to places we’ve never been And I’ll write you and send you some postcards To cell block number 3 I’m sitting by myself in a world of misery My minds made up you’re gonna stay here Instead of me And I hope you still love me enough To set me free And I’ll write you and send you some postcards To cell block number 3

Time To Panic Are you in my head or are you real What's the deal? Too many forms of what you are And what you are is the nightmare Of my life! You should go and leave me alone now If I count to five won't you disappear 1,2,3,4 Fi-yi-yi-yive You're still here! It's time to panic Should I run? Should I hide? Should I stay inside? It's time to panic Are you fast? Are you slow? Doesn't anybody know? Won't you tell me what you want Or why you're even here? My heart explodes full of fear Can't run away I feel you breathing down my neck You should go and leave me alone now If I count to five won't you disappear 1,2,3,4 Fi-yi-yi-yive You're still here! It's time to panic Should I run? Should I hide? Should I stay inside? It's time to panic Are you fast? Are you slow? Doesn't anybody know?

Stranded 03:36
Stranded (go back to sleep....I'll be home soon) I'm stranded but I'm not alone I got you in my heart Even though we're worlds apart I'm stranded and I'm on my own I'll see you when the week is through That's when you know I'm coming home to you I don't like it when I have to leave The weekends go too fast You and me we gotta make it last And then I'm out the door Driving down the dark and cold lonely road With the moonlight as my guide I'm stranded but I'm not alone I got you in my heart Even though we're worlds apart I'm stranded and I'm on my own now I'll see you when the week is through That's when you know I'm coming home to you Fifty two times a year I leave you That's fifty two more times to say hello Next time won't you come with me Cause Friday's are too long away As I fade into eternity I'm stranded but I'm not alone I got you in my heart Even though we're worlds apart I'm stranded and I'm on my own now I'll see you when the week is through That's when you know I'm coming home to you (wake up.....I'm home)

Spanish Lessons The big boss comes to tell us What we didn't want to hear He said boys and girls I have bad news And some good news for a few He said our jobs are moving to another country And I'll have to let you go The good news if you want to keep your job Then you have to let me know But you'll have to take Spanish lessons Spanish lessons When you meet your instructor He will tell you what you should do This will happen in a week or two Pack your bags get ready to go Say goodbye to your family and friends Tell them all you love them so It's a good thing because we're saving money Sending jobs so far away Too bad for you when you soon find out That your pay is cut in two And you'll have to take Spanish lessons Spanish lessons When we landed at the airport This is what he told us to do You have to learn to dance You have to learn to dress If you want to have success Cause anyone can learn a language But you have to look your best You have to cut your hair And change your underwear And take a shower twice a day Cause it gets pretty hot down here And it's gonna make you sweat You need to learn to dance You need to learn to dress If you want to have success Cause anyone can learn a language But you have to look your best

'97 02:54
'97 We were hanging at our friend’s house bored to death The only sound was coming from the tv set That’s when Eddie said “let’s get out of here” So we left and we went to grab a beer On the boardwalk it was a hot and humid night We passed the fortune teller she was such a fright But it looked really cool inside her air conditioned room So we went inside to see if we were doomed Oh fortune teller don’t come up to me Don’t tell me things that I don’t want to know Oh fortune teller stay away from me With your one eye and crumpled hand and vacant empty stare So we pushed Eddie down now he’s sitting in the chair His face turned a ghastly ghoulish white Then she dealt the cards and she gave a toothless grin It’s not what Eddie wanted to hear (she said) Beware 1997 Beware ‘97 ‘cause you are going to die That’s when Eddie freaked and he bolted out of there We all went home and never got that beer The year back then was 1993 In 4 more years we’ll have to wait and see Oh fortune teller, don’t come up to me Don’t tell me things that I don’t want to hear Oh fortune teller, stay away from me With your one eye and crumpled hand and vacant empty stare 1997 came and went Eddie was still alive (he was still alive) We celebrated on New Years Eve But the next day we heard that Eddie died Why oh why oh why It was 1998 and that’s not what the creepy one eyed lady said Why oh why oh why We asked his mom who was so upset She said he got hit by a ’97 Corvette

Not In This Lifetime Eyes closed Many thoughts go racing through your head Sometimes you wish that this was just a dream You have this dark cloud that follows you around I'm telling you it's not as dark as it seems Can't give up on what you started Don't let this slip away In your darkest hour as you cry in your room What's it gonna take to survive It's up to you don't let the days pass you by We have a lifetime and I need you by my side But not in this lifetime, oh no Don't want to see you in any pain Not in this lifetime, not in this lifetime You think you're running out of time but that's not true There's many places that we need to explore Now take my hand hold on tight and open up your mind Lose that cloud leave it all behind 'Cause not in this lifetime, Oh no Don't want to see you get hurt again, Not in this lifetime, not in this lifetime Not in this lifetime (don't want to see you) Not in this lifetime (in any pain) Not in this lifetime (don't want see you) Not in this lifetime (get hurt again) (don't want to see you in any pain) (don't want to see you get hurt again)

We Need To Talk Triumphant are the few He who makes it through Intricate this seems Singing in my dreams Narrow is this winding road Unaware until we're told Revelation once again Elimination is the game I need more time Need to cleanse my mind Save me from my fate Only you can open up this gate Now our destination's here Give into all things you fear Immunity is all but gone Struggle 'til the day is done Help me make it through Anyone will do Reflect on all we've done Doesn't matter if we've won

Headphones 02:58
Headphones He's still living at home He's waiting for the right girl to come along Afraid to take a chance on his own His mother tells him she's tired of washing his clothes Everyday he hears how he has to move on So he goes into his room and shuts the door He puts his headphones on With the music loud he tries to drown out the Sound of his mother's desperate pleas She goes to work every morning Waits at the station alone again The train arrives to take her away She stares out the window hopes for a better way It's the same routine everyday Right next to her there's an empty seat She puts her headphones on Turns the music loud and tries to drown out The sound of the silence and the city Then one day he takes that empty seat She listens to her music tries to look discreet He asks her “what's that song you're listening to?” She takes one headphone off And gives it to him He has a listen and he's liking what he hears And now they're sharing headphones He likes her's and she likes his He's got a big surprise for mom They're getting married and she's moving in (one big happy family) She's moving in

SKULTAR! 03:03
Skultar the barbarian Skultar the barbarian   An imposter With a heroe's name He's looking for someone to maim And if he sees you You best get out of his way 'Cause odds are He's got nothing to say   He's Skultar the barbarian He doesn't know wrong from right And he'll never know wrong from right Don't even give him the time of day 'Cause he's a barbarian And he doesn't care what time it is   All he wants to do Is cut you in two On his way to save the world Or cut off your head I'm sure it was nothing you said   Skultar the barbarian Skultar the barbarian
